1. Are the prices displayed bulk order prices? 
   Prices displayed here are retail prices, for contineous bulk orders please email us quantity required. 
    

2. At what quantity is considered bulk order? 
   A minimum of 2 dozen or 24 bottles per order. If you require by the gallon / tote / drum please email us for pricing. 
    

3. How do I place bulk order?
   Give us a call or email us the products that you wish to purchase. 
    

4. Payment & Shipping​
   Payments can be made via online transfer, cash or cheque to BIOWASH SDN BHD Public Bank account No. 3187993608 and email us your bank in/transfer slip. Once payment is received, we will arrange to deliver to your given address, logistics charges are borne by the purchaser as it may vary depending on total weight & delivery location. 
   
   For purchases out of Malaysia and your preferred payment is not in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), please email us for payment details. 
    

5. What if the individual product FAQ does not answer any of your queries? 
   Please email us all your queries (anything regarding the product/application method/payment/delivery), we will reply with a suggested solution as soon as we are able to understand your unique situation.
